At Bathroom Global, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, estimated timelines, costs, and important information regarding your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there are any delays due to stock availability or other issues, we will contact you promptly.
2. Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines
A. Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
- Small items (e.g., taps, accessories, mixers): £3.99
- Medium & large items (£199 and above, e.g., LED mirrors, shower screens, vanity units, bathtubs, full bathroom sets): £29.99
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
B. Same-Day Delivery (London & Surrounding Areas)
- Available Monday to Friday on select products.
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify.
- Fees vary based on distance — please contact us for a same-day delivery quote.
C. Click & Collect
(Optional)
- Free collection available from our Uxbridge showroom.
- We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
D. International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international delivery.
- If you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss special arrangements.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website or via your Bathroom Global account.
4. Delivery Delays
We aim to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Adverse weather conditions
- Customs or border control issues
- Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If any item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We may require photographs of the damaged packaging or items to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For pre-ordered or out-of-stock products:
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
